Ellie's first day of school...

Ellie was excited to get started on this new adventure. Unfortunately, they wouldn't let us in to her classroom for unknown reasons (maybe they think we're al-Qaeda?). But we did meet one of her teachers, very briefly. She's in the white pants below.

Ellie seems to be having a good time, although the full day isn't easy. But she's making friends, likes her teachers, and has (finally) figured out lunch.

Wow, Alex, I can't even imagine her going off to school every day. I think it must be really hard for you and Ame. I mean, it is a good thing, it's just...little Ellie!!! Tiny, little Elliebean who should still be waddling around saying, "DaduDaduDadu"...where did that tiny person go?

P.S. 101 looks interesting--Ellie will soon own the place. I think she is up to any challenge. But it sure seems like a long time to have her gone every day. How is Nico doing without her?

Yeah, me too. I found it on Becki's. Hooray! I can't believe Ellie started kindergarten. She is 100% Anderson with those pig-tails. There is one picture of her in front of some doors that reminds me exactly of that scene in The Sixth Sense. You know the scene. I think that's why they won't allow you to see the classroom. Dead people.
