I have to admit though, every once in a while I'll say something like, "Well, that doesn't really match too well, do you want to find something that does?" And usually she simply retorts something along the lines of, "But I like the way this looks looks." Really, what can you say to that...?

This is SO Ellie. I am glad that you let her dress herself, instead of demanding that she match. She looks great.
